Randy B’klyn boss paid babe bounty: ex-guard

Wanted: buxom babes, $50 apiece!

A Brooklyn security guard claims his boss gave workers a bounty every time they found him a sex partner, according to a lawsuit.

Joseph Smith claims in court papers that employees at RJF Security Investigations could earn $50 for every woman they introduced to their horny boss.

Joseph Foglia allegedly turned the office into a veritable Sodom and Gomorrah of sex, drugs and booze, charges Smith, a one-time employee who claims he was fired after he refused to engage in the debauchery.

Foglia “regularly hosted liquor-, marijuana-, cocaine- and sex-filled parties in the company’s main security office,” Smith claims.

Smith was hired at the Williamsburg company in 2001, but didn’t attend Foglia’s parties until after he was promoted to supervisor, he says. That’s when Foglia began pressuring Smith to become part of his “inner circle,” the Brooklyn federal court lawsuit alleges.

“The favorite activities in which . . . Joseph Foglia enjoyed engaging were drinking alcohol, smoking pot, snorting cocaine, taking pills and having sex with women,” Smith claims. Foglia did not return a call for comment.
