Cops eye more arrests in NFL party bust

The six partiers arrested for trashing a former NFL player’s upstate home on Labor Day aren’t the only people responsible for the breaking-and-entering bash — investigators are eyeing more arrests, police said Friday.

“The investigation is continuing and many more arrests are expected. Investigators are asking for the cooperation of those involved and their parents,” a spokesman for the Rensselaer County Sherrif’s Office said.

All six turned themselves in and were all charged with felonies for destroying Brian Halloway’s Stephentown home, police said.

Seth Hawk was charged with burglary, while Cody D. Blain,21 and Juan Santana,20, were charged with criminal trespassing. All three face additional charges of endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child, police said.

Also arrested were Kelly C. Sullivan, 18, Neghan Loiselle, 18, and Mackenzie Grogan, 17, they were slapped with charges of grand larceny and criminal trespassing, police said.

Holloway posted photos on Instagram and Twitter of the party pics, as well as published them on his personal Web site. He admitted that one of the ringleaders was a young man he had taken in as a homeless teen.

“Everyone that broke the law, I’m pressing charges against,” Holloway said.

“The parents had a chance and students had a chance to come forward, and only four did.”

The partiers caused at least $20,000 worth of damage to Holloway’s upstate vacation home in the Berkshires near the New York-Massachusetts border.

All were released without bail and are rescheduled to appear in court next month.
