A tractor-trailer hauling garbage tipped over on the entrance ramp to a Queens highway Thursday, authorities said.
The driver, Fatma Guclu, 59, was maneuvering a turn at Grand Central Parkway near Northern Boulevard at 10:45 a.m. when the container she was hauling came loose and caused the whole truck to topple over, her son, Mehmeg, 39, told The Post.
