It’s now official: Selma Blair has left Charlie Sheen’s sitcom, “Anger Management.”
Word broke late yesterday that Blair is off the show. She had reportedly angered Sheen by complaining about his work ethic — with Sheen, 47, threatening to walk off the set if Blair returned, according to TMZ.com.
“We are confirming that Selma Blair will not be returning to ‘Anger Management’ and we wish her the very best,” the show’s producer, Lionsgate, said in a statement.
Blair, 40, had played Dr. Kate Wales, the on-again, off-again love interest of Sheen’s “Anger” character, Charlie Goodson.
Blair is likely to be replaced by another actress, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
