Mom warned Jacko of smacko

LOS ANGELES — Michael Jackson’s mom warned the King of Pop to stay off drugs shortly after his acquittal on child-molestation charges in 2005, she told jurors yesterday.

Katherine Jackson, testifying in the family’s lawsuit against Michael’s last concert promoters, also said the singer was never under the influence in front of her.

The 83-year-old mom became angry, answering a series of questions from AEG Live lawyer Marvin Putnam hinting that she knew more about MJ’s drug use than she’s saying.

The feisty family matriarch snapped at Putnam: “You keep asking me the same question that I already answered!”

Michael Jackson, 50, died on June 25, 2009, from an overdose of anesthesia that he used as sleep medication.
