‘Sociopath’ who murdered his grandma then hired a hooker to ‘mourn her death’ gets 25-to-life

“I object!” murderer Larry Davis shouted at his sentencing today for killing his own grandmother, when a Manhattan prosecutor referred to the “sexual relationship” he’d once had with a transsexual, someone he’d killed a year before whacking his granny.

What Davis didn’t object to was the prosecution’s harrowing account of how he brutally bludgeoned to death his grandma Cora Davis, 76 in 2011 before stashing her corpse in her bedroom closet.

“You removed from this Earth the one person who cared about you, which speaks volumes about who you are and what you are,” said Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Gregory Carro.

He sentenced the bipolar and schizophrenic sociopath to 25-years-to-life on the top count of murder in the second degree to run consecutive with the 25-to-life he’s already serving for the strangling death of his cross-dressing lover Richard McCoy in 2010.

“After he murdered the woman who raised him, he stuffed her body in a closet then proceeded to mourn her death by picking up a hooker and having sex in his grandmother’s bed for the next two days,” said assistant district attorney Matthew Bogdanos.

Cora Davis’ corpse rotted a mere two feet from where the sicko and a hooker had a liquor-and-drug fueled tryst with a few pals.

As Bogdanos recounted the monster’s continued criminality in prison — where he assaulted nine different inmates — Davis stared intently at a piece of paper, showing no remorse, his left hand gloved to protect the court officers who stood nearby.

When it was his turn to speak, the 24-year-old rambled endlessly about how he’d had an unfair trial and how if his defense lawyer had a better strategy he might have gotten off.

One juror was so outraged by Davis’ horrific crimes, he showed up to Manhattan Supreme Court to hear the sentence.

“This guy is the worst,” said Juror number 6. “I didn’t believe in the death penalty but it should be restored for sociopaths like Larry Davis.”
