A bicyclist died Wednesday morning after being struck by a car in The Bronx.

The 36-year-old victim was cycling west on St. Paul’s Place and may have run a light before entering the intersection of Third Avenue, where the car struck him around 6:30 a.m., sources said.

The man, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.

The driver remained on the scene and no criminality is suspected, police sources said.
