Only 17 percent of Americans see President Obama as a “strong and decisive” commander in chief, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll taken after the US-led coalition began bombing Libya.
While 48 percent described Obama as “cautious and consultative,” 36 percent called him “indecisive and dithering.”
