3-year-old B’klyn mugging victim too scared for a trip to the park

Poor thing!

The 3-year-old boy mugged by two thugs in Brooklyn is so traumatized by the attack he doesn’t want to play outside anymore, his parents told The Post yesterday.

“He is scared,” said Pedro Hernandez, 35, whose son, Harvey, was robbed of a $400 gold chain.

The thugs ripped the chain off the boy’s neck as he sat in his stroller in Bedford-Stuyvesant on Tuesday.

“I said to him, ‘Let’s go to the park,’ and he said, ‘No,’ ” the dad recalled yesterday.

The boy’s mom, Riyana Guerrero, has also been shaken up since the thugs attacked Harvey in the lobby of his family’s Malcolm X Boulevard apartment building at about 11:45 p.m. Police yesterday had yet to find the robbers.

But for some neighbors, the parents are to blame for letting a 3-year-old wear such expensive bling.

“Don’t walk around with your child strapped in a stroller wearing a $400 gold chain!” fumed a 41-year-old mom who lives nearby.

“I have plenty of stuff myself, but I don’t put them on and go outside,” added Patricio Gonzalez, who manages a nearby deli. “I don’t want to get killed.”
