A Democratic Florida state legislator who dislikes earlier winter sunsets has introduced a bill to keep the state on daylight saving time all year around.

Of course, state Sen. Darren Soto apparently doesn’t mind later winter sunrises.

Scientists have come up with a new way to save endangered cheetahs — using dogs as life coaches.

Some zoos are paring puppies with 3-month-old cheetahs to make the big cats grow up calmer and more likely to eat well and breed (with other cheetahs, in case you were wondering) in captivity.

“It’s a love story of one species helping another survive,” said Jack Grisham of the St. Louis Zoo.

A graduate student at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania is suing the school for giving her a C+ in a key class.

The grade halted Megan Thode’s bid to become a licensed professional counselor because she needed a B to move on.

She claims the instructor was biased against her over her advocacy of gay and lesbian rights, which the school denies.

She is demanding $1.3 million in compensation.
