1. Cook with bouley

Some of the classes held at the Bouley Test Kitchen are taught by Chef David Bouley himself including Living Pantry, a lesson in swapping out processed condiments and other junk with healthier options you can — and will — make yourself. 2. Foodie’s heaven

Taught by Chef Matt Abdoo, or another of the kitchen’s great chefs, the highly interactive two-hour cooking classes at Del Posto are followed by a meal paired with wine, and include a recipe booklet and cucina kit including items such as a pasta wheel cutter, an apron and a rolling pin. Pasta-making for kids at Rana Pastificio & Cucina, 75 Ninth Ave., 212-370-0975

Cooking is an all-ages activity y’know. Every Sunday at 10 a.m., learn to make family-friendly pasta recipes with the rugrats. Taught by co-owner Antonella Rana, the “pasta-making for kids” course includes a brunch beverage (before), a lunch pasta dish (after), recipe cards and a certificate of completion for young ’uns.
