STOP ASKING IF I’M GAY: OPRAH

OPRAH Winfrey is denying again that she and galpal Gayle King are gay – and says she’s done discussing the issue.

Forever.

“I will never address it again,” Winfrey said on Monday’s “Larry King Live” when host Larry King asked her about the rumors.

“What will you say if somebody asks you [if you’re gay]?” King asked Winfrey.

“I will say, ‘I’m never addressing it again. Get the tape of the Larry King show,’ ” Winfrey said.

“Because I have said it and said it and said it and . . . the more attention you give it, the more people talk about it.

“And, apparently people must think I’m a liar because I’ve said it isn’t true.”

Winfrey and Gayle King, self-proclaimed best friends for 30 years, have been the focus of much gossip about the nature of their relationship. King is a divorced mother of two; Winfrey has dated businessman Stedman Graham for years.

Larry King raised the question of their relationship on Monday’s “LKL” after referring to an article in the August issue of Winfrey’s magazine, O – in which Winfrey and Gayle King denied rumors they’re more than just friends.

“I don’t think there’s anything wrong with being gay,” Winfrey told Larry King. “And if I were [gay], I would tell you.”

“If it was true, we would so tell you,” Gayle King added.
