WHO GETS PAID WHAT BY CITY

Some 6 percent of city workers rake in more than $100,000, research released yesterday by a conservative think tank shows.

The offices of Mayor Bloomberg, the City Council, the public advocate, the city comptroller and the Department of Education have the highest rates of six-figure earners, according to the Empire Center for New York State Policy, a project run by the Manhattan Institute.

The highest salary belongs to Schools Chancellor Joel Klein, who raked in $250,000 last year.
