TOMKATS, the caterers seen feeding movie stars at film locations all around the city, is being sued by Kaufman Astoria Studios, which says the firm stormed off the set owing them a ton of cabbage — “at least $250,000.”
The caterer ran the Queens studios’ cafe for 18 months but left abruptly in March 2009, the suit says.
A TOMKATS spokeswoman said only that the caterer had ended its lease.
