Jumping ‘jacker’ flashed

She carries the phone — and wears the pants.

A fearless wife confronted the crook who jacked her van by snapping a cellphone photo that led to his arrest — after her husband bolted from the Sunset Park crime scene, law-enforcement sources said.

Cops say the thief ordered husband Bo Cheng, 32, out of the 2011 Toyota Sienna, which was parked at 60th Street and Eighth Avenue at 11:30 p.m. on Thursday.

He bolted to his wife, Jessica Cheng, 32, who had just gotten out of the van and was walking nearby.

She then turned and booked it toward the crook, whipping out her phone and snapping his photo.

“I’m going to call 911!” she shouted, according to cops.

She quickly handed over the photo to police, who used it to identify Carlos Ruiz, 27, who cops say was hanging out in the area.

Police charged Ruiz — who was also allegedly carrying cocaine — with robbery and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Ruiz allegedly confessed, but was freed without bail Friday, just two days after police warned New Yorkers about a spike in carjackings.

A law-enforcement source called Ruiz’s lenient ruling a bad move that contributes to the city’s problem of repeated car thefts.

“It’s ridiculous,” the source said.
