DIRECTOR’S BRO STARS IN ‘SLAYING’

The brother of “Dark Knight” director Christopher Nolan apparently has a dark streak.

Matthew Nolan, 40, was arrested last week in Chicago and is awaiting extradition to Costa Rica in connection with the kidnapping and murder of a Florida businessman in March 2005.

Matthew Nolan allegedly lured Robert Cohen to a Costa Rican hotel by claiming to be an international jewel merchant looking for an investor.

He and Douglas Mejia kidnapped and tortured Robert Cohen before killing him and dumping the body under a bridge after Cohen’s family failed to meet their demands, court papers say.

The men were allegedly looking to recoup $7 million they claimed Cohen owed businessman Robert Breska, the papers say.

Mejia has already been convicted in the case.

Neither Christopher Nolan nor his agent could be reached for comment.
