EX-BOURDAIN BISTRO SUED

The bistro chain that serves as home base for celebuchef Anthony Bourdain has been accused of stiffing a Bronx supplier out of nearly $40,000 after a DC offshoot went belly up.

Les Halles, the Park Avenue South bistro where Bourdain served as executive chef, saw a sister branch in Washington go under in November, leaving the bill to Dairyland USA unpaid, said lawyer Robert Ferrari.

Dairyland sued the Washington bistro in Queens Supreme Court earlier this month, seeking $37,332, plus interest.

Bourdain was not a principal in either company, Ferrari said.
