New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez was partying at a Boston bar Sunday night with the friend who was later found shot to death, according to reports.

Hernandez, victim Odin Lloyd, 27, and two other pals were at the watering hole and left together in one car, according to FOX 25 Boston. Hernandez was driving.

But only three made it home, the station reported.

Monday night, Lloyd was found shot to death at an industrial park about a half-mile from Hernandez’s house in North Attleboro, Mass., officials said.

Hernandez left his home in a white Audi SUV today around 11 a.m. to go to the Patriots’ Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, according to FOX’s Boston affiliate. He went by himself and entered the stadium through the player’s entrance. SI.com is reporting that an arrest of Hernandez is likely, although the specific charges are unknown.

The tight end defiantly clammed up to cops yesterday and is refusing to cooperate with the investigation, according to WBZ-TV.

The victim is a 5-foot-11, 215-pound linebacker for the semi-pro Boston Bandits and had been dating the sister of Hernandez’s girlfriend, according to WBZ.

The Patriots declined to comment.

Hernandez strolled past about 100 reporters gathered near his house yesterday afternoon and didn’t answer questions.

And the 6-1, 245-pound Hernandez is the target of another shooting accusation.

Hernandez’s former pal Alexander Bradley filed a federal lawsuit against the grid star yesterday, claiming Hernandez blasted him in the face, the plaintiff’s lawyer said.

“They were friends — he was a personal assistant, he did a little of everything for him,” Bradley’s lawyer, David Jaroslawicz, told The Post. “They went down there [to Miami] for some R&R.”

Bradley, a 32-year-old Connecticut resident, says he had been partying with Hernandez, 23, at Tootsie’s strip club in Miami on Feb. 13 when they got into an argument.

In the car, Hernandez allegedly took out his unregistered gun and fired at Bradley, striking him in the right arm and eye. Bradley says he lost his right eye and has gone under the knife several times to fix his badly damaged face and arm.

“Hernandez was holding the gun and it went off and hit my client,” Jaroslawicz said. “I’m sure he’ll say it was an accident.”

Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies found Bradley in an alley, shot in the head, but he told investigators he didn’t know who attacked him, officials said.

Bradley told officers only that the wound was not self-inflicted and the case is listed as inactive, authorities said.
