Paula’s ‘N’ hot water

Celebrity chef Paula Deen is back in the deep fryer after reportedly admitting that she regularly used the N-word — and we’re not talking about nutrition.

The Southern-cuisine queen also confesses to a penchant for racist jokes.

Deen, 66, made the comments last month in a recorded deposition in response to a $1.2 million lawsuit brought against her by an ex-employee, according to the National Enquirer.

“Yes, of course,” Deen replied when a lawyer, during a three-hour deposition, asked if she had ever said the word n—-r.

She said she had used the word under various circumstances, but had not said it in “a very long time.”

Deen also reportedly admitted telling racist jokes. “Most jokes are about Jewish people, rednecks, black folks,” Deen said.

A rep said yesterday in a statement, “Ms. Deen does not condone or find the use of racial epithets acceptable.”
