Retracing Tiger’s worst drive ever

Tiger Woods turned a ritzy gated community into a one-vehicle demolition derby as he fled his home as if he were being chased by an angry woman wielding a golf wedge.

And in a formal report on the mysterious post-Thanksgiving bumper-car ride, cops said the drive was even more erratic than previously known.

Officials said yesterday Woods’ frantic attempt get away caused more than $11,000 in damage to his SUV and neighboring properties.

Reportedly freaked out from a fight with wife Elin Nordegren, Woods tore out of his home at 6348 Deacon Circle in Windermere, Fla., and jumped into his 2009 Cadillac Escalade early Friday.

He smacked into a “concrete curb on to the grass shoulder on the east side of the roadway,” according to the report.

Then Woods’ out-of-control SUV “collided with a fire hydrant.”

The disaster’s price tag includes $8,000 damage to the Caddy, $3,000 to repair the hydrant, and $200 for a tree and sod in front of his neighbor’s house. Tiger will also have to pay $100 to fix up some busted hedges.

The report made no mention of what caused Woods to frantically leave his house and lose control. The golfer declined to speak to cops.

A Florida Highway Patrol rep insisted one-vehicle crash reports normally don’t list a cause.

Highway patrol investigators, on advice from state prosecutors, decided they didn’t have probable cause to ask for medical records to see if Woods might have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol, police said.

The couple had been loudly arguing just before the golfer raced out of the house — a spat punctuated by Woods screaming, “You’ve ruined our Thanksgiving! Are you happy now?” according to RadarOnline.

The celebrity gossip Web site TMZ reported yesterday that Nordegren used a golfer’s wedge to bash out the SUV’s rear passenger windows.
