Lange predicted O’Brien’s move to ‘Tonight Show’ was a bad idea

Artie Lange, the Howard Stern sidekick who recently tried to to stab himself to death, had some choice words for Conan O’Brien in 2008, before his move to “The Tonight Show.”

“I think it’s a bad move,” Lange said. “I would have rooted for that bobblehead Leno to stay longer.”

O’Brien is embroiled in a dispute with NBC, which decided to move Jay Leno back to the 11:35 p.m. timeslot after his show failed at 10 p.m. O’Brien decided to leave the network rather than start his show at 12:05 p.m.
