Cowboys QB Brad Johnson has been mediocre since taking over for injured starter Tony Romo. Johnson is far less mobile than Romo, which could be a factor against the relentless Giants pass rush. Johnson has been sacked six times in two games; Romo was sacked seven times in five starts. Giants DEs Justin Tuck and Mathias Kiwanuka will be licking their chops Sunday afternoon.

QB Brad Johnson still has explosive receivers to work with, including outspoken Terrell Owens. But Owens has struggled in Johnson’s two games: seven catches for 64 yards and no touchdowns.

Shutting down RB Marion Barber III will be one of the keys to a Giants win Sunday. Barber has seen an increased workload with Tony Romo and backup RB Felix Jones out in recent weeks.

Bills QB Trent Edwards, impressive in his second season in the NFL, had his worst performance of 2008 Sunday against the Dolphins. Edwards completed 21 of 35 passes for 227 yards, but threw an interception and fumbled twice (losing one). He will go against a Jets defense that was shredded by Chiefs QB Tyler Thigpen on Sunday, so who knows?

RB Marshawn Lynch has consistently grinded out yards for the Bills this season, but has yet to break the 100-yard mark in a game. In two games last season against the Jets, Lynch ran for 159 yards on 44 carries.

WR Lee Evans will be a constant worry for the Jets secondary. He is always a threat to go deep, averaging over 20 yards per catch.
