Lohan’s boozer ‘bling’

Lindsay Lohan is ankle deep in trouble.

A judge yesterday ordered her to wear an alcohol-monitoring anklet and submit to weekly drug tests, and hinted she might have to delay filming on her Linda Lovelace biopic.

Asked by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel if she understood the orders, Lohan murmured, “Yes, your honor,” in her only words during the hearing.

Lohan’s lawyers complained that the anklet — which would notify authorities if she drinks — will interfere with planned photo shoots, and requested that the drug tests be conducted in Texas so as not to disrupt shooting on her film about the “Deep Throat” star.

“The court would be alerted, but at the same time, it would allow her to make a living,” said her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley.

But Revel adamantly refused, and suggested the 23-year-old star consider postponing production to focus on fulfilling the probation agreement following her two DUI arrests in 2007.

Lohan missed her last alcohol-treatment class because of her uncle’s death, Holley said.

“Did you attend that funeral?” Revel then asked.

The “Herbie: Fully Loaded” star looked at her lawyer, then shook her head “no.”

Lohan did not return from Cannes in time for her originally scheduled hearing last week because her passport had been stolen, Holley said, insisting her client had a plane ticket to return to appear on time.

Revel offered to spend a half-hour reading a list of reasons for ordering the anklet, drug tests and an alcohol-education program. Holley declined and accepted the judge’s decision.

Before arriving 10 minutes late to court, Lohan told the Web site Hollywood.TV she did not need to go to rehab.

“I don’t see why I would even have to do that, considering I’ve been in compliance with everything that occurs when you’re in the court system for two DUIs,” she said in a video.

She has been on probation since August 2007 after pleading guilty to misdemeanor drug charges and no contest to the driving raps.

She will have to wear the ankle bracelet until at least July 6, the day of her next probation hearing. She spent more than two hours after the hearing waiting for a bracelet to be placed on her ankle.

Lohan arrived in Los Angeles on Saturday from Europe, where she had partied into the wee hours on the day she was originally supposed to be at the Beverly Hills courthouse.

She was to be arrested upon her return for missing the hearing, but the judge recalled the warrant after bail was posted.
