Foxy bro arrested in ‘scam’

Foxy Brown’s looming indictment for allegedly violating a court order is nothing compared to the trouble her big brother may be in.

Gavin “Pretty Boy” Marchand, 35, faces up to 15 years in the slammer for possessing forged credit cards and scamming $8,000 in designer duds from a high-end Upper East Side boutique last Saturday, police said.

But little sis Foxy, 31, was too wrapped up in her own case to realize what was happening.

“I don’t know anything about that,” Foxy, whose real name is Inga Marchand, told The Post outside Brooklyn Criminal Court, where she had faced a grand jury for allegedly cursing at and mooning her neighbor.

Foxy, who a source said broke down in tears during her grand-jury testimony, faces up to four years if convicted of violating a court order by harassing neighbor Arlene Raymond.

Gavin and three pals were busted at the Hermes store on Madison Avenue.

Cops were inside doing surveillance when Gavin and his entourage arrived, sources said.

Accused accomplice Warren David, 31, allegedly used a forged American Express card to pay for $7,882.55 in sales.

Outside the store, cops pounced, but getaway driver Derwin Benoit sped off at up 90 mph until he finally pulled over, police said.
