A woman who sued her financial-firm CEO boss – accusing him of turning her into his sexual gofer – admitted yesterday that she made up the salacious tale to draw attention away from her thievery.
Fatima Monahan, 36, dropped her lawsuit against Caxton-Iseman CEO Frederick Iseman and his company, admitting in a sworn statement that she made up the sex-harassment allegations in a bid to “deflect attention from my own misdeeds.”
Monahan made tens of thousands of dollars of purchases with Iseman’s credit cards, and stole items from his home and sold them on eBay. After she was caught and canned, she filed suit against Monahan charging he’d appointed her his “p- – – – coordinator.”
In her statement yesterday, she admitted “the allegations . . . were and are completely untrue.”
Monahan pleaded guilty to stealing from Iseman last month.
“This was a trusted employee,” who wound up being “a liar and a thief,” said Iseman in court yesterday.
