NO TICKET? SNAG A SPARE

JUST because a New York Film Festival show is officially “sold out” doesn’t mean you can’t get a ticket. If you turn up an hour before a show, you should be able to buy tickets – at face value – from people selling ones they can’t use.

You’ll find the sellers standing outside the theaters, usually with signs advertising their wares. And who knows? You might even score a spare ticket at the box office at the last minute.
