TOLL PLAN RIPPED

Politicians opposing the proposed $2 toll on 13 city bridges said yesterday the plan places an unfair burden on the outer boroughs and would further divide the city along class lines.

“This will be an attack on the poor and the middle class,” said Comptroller William Thompson, a mayoral candidate.

State Assemblyman Adriano Espaillat (D-Manhattan) said a shop owner who makes 400 deliveries a week would have to pay an additional $800 in tolls.
