$tealing beauty

New York has no shortage of spas, but overindulge and you’ll be left with a shortage of cash. Don’t nix monthly massages and beloved mani-pedis just yet, though — The Post has tracked down affordable treatments throughout the city. Here are nine spots, including one for men only, where you can get pampered on the cheap.

SPA DEALS

Seaweed body wrap, full body scrub at Dyanna Body and Nail Salon, $75

Rich in vitamins and amino acids, seaweed is one of nature’s most versatile beauty products. Wrapping yourself in the green stuff costs $110 at Park Avenue’s Oasis Day Spa, but you can take advantage of its detoxifying properties for much less at this Flatiron locale. “It’s like three treatments in one,” says Dyanna owner Irina Gordon of the one-hour wrap/scrub. First is the exfoliating dry scrub, followed up with the seaweed application that’s set with warm towels. Part three is a moisturizing body polish that will leave your newly nourished skin glowing.

Jade energy treatment facial at Season Spa, $70

You’ll spend $220 for a cool jade stone facial at the popular West Village Silk Day Spa, making this modest, 75-minute treatment a delightful steal. After cleansing and exfoliating the skin, estheticians use jade stone to slather your face with nutrient-rich serum and perform a light facial and neck massage. A staple in Eastern healing and wellness techniques, jade is believed to help revitalize the skin. “It’s also good for firming,” claims Jennifer Wong, Season Spa manager and esthetician. The facial concludes with a mask and an eyebrow shape-up, resulting in what Wong describes as skin that looks “refreshed, healthy and young again.”

Salicylic acid peel facial at Buttercup Skincare, $57

“Spas charge so much for facials that people don’t get them as often as they should,” says Buttercup Skincare owner Rani Gupta, who offers affordable alternatives to high-priced treatments. The acne-banishing peel is among the strongest peels available — a similar acid peel will set you back $295 at the Peninsula. Gupta preps clients’ skin with a cleanser and exfoliating mask before applying the peel for one to seven minutes, depending on your skin type. After removing the acid, she cools the face with a moisturizer and applies an SPF. While the actual treatment is comparable to what you’d experience at a luxury spa, Gupta says she cuts costs by forgoing a receptionist and booking appointments herself, as well as keeping Buttercup’s decor and frills to a minimum.

MANICURES!

Half-hour massage with a mani-pedi at Jade Day Spa, $68

Book these services individually and you’ll run up a $80 tab ($45 for a deep-tissue massage and $35 for the mani-pedi). So if your body and nails both need spiffing up, try this inviting package, available at Jade’s Upper West Side location. The massage incorporates deep tissue techniques, while the manicure and pedicure exfoliate dead skin into oblivion, leaving hands and feet super soft.

FOOT MASSAGES!

Reflexology and backrub at Yan Mei Foot Reflexology Center, $30

Reasonably priced reflexology haunts abound below 14th Street, but few boast a deal quite this good. While your weary feet bathe in a warm, sea-salt foot soak, a masseuse will rub your back for 20 minutes, paying extra attention to noted problem areas. Forty minutes of intense reflexology follows, as pressure is systematically applied to specific spots of the feet. Aimed at increasing organ function, the rubdown leaves you feeling like you’re gliding on air — a treat that’s $195 at the upscale Spa at Trump Soho. Plus, if you buy a package of 10 sessions, you get two on the house.

ACUPRESSURE!

Buy one and get a second service half-price Mondays at Sage Spa

Cure your Monday blahs with the weekly buy-one, get-one half-off special at Sage Spa in Park Slope. Treatments include hourlong deep tissue massages ($115) and 30-minute acupressure facials ($80), as well as the spa’s specialty, prenatal massages ($115). “Pregnant women are just as stressed out as the rest of us!” says owner and massage therapist Susan Stratton. As a bonus, this deal can be shared.

WATER WORKS!

Weekday use of pools, Jacuzzis and saunas at Spa Castle, $35

A cross between an Asian sauna and a European spa, this 100,000-square-foot enclave boasts multiple pools, Jacuzzis, saunas and lounges, all accessible for $35 per weekday. The price is standard for a day pass at a water lounge, but this Queens spot is the most family-friendly and has the most amenities — from an outdoor roofdeck pool to a laid-back cocktail bar. A food court (personal pizzas, wraps, teriyaki and more) and reasonably priced spa treatments add to its allure.

Brazilian Wax at J’Aime Day Spa, $35

Uncomfortable and expensive, Brazilian waxes assault your nether region — and your wallet. J’Aime Day Spa, however, lessens the discomfort with speedy procedures that incorporate calm-inducing Lamaze breathing. “It’s under 15 minutes — we make our own wax and the price is amazing,” says manager/esthetician Elle Glazman of the wax jobs. Brazilians go for $75 at the famed J. Sisters Salon, but this spa’s price (at the very least) is painless.

JUST FOR MEN!

A year’s worth of unlimited full-service treatments at John Allan’s, only $63 per month

Long before man-scaping was cool, this posh chain of gentlemen’s dens was grooming guys from Midtown to TriBeCa. Its signature full-service treatment includes a scalp-massaging shampoo, a conditioning treatment and a haircut, followed by a manicure, shoeshine and post-treatment drink. Walk-ins pay $68 for the service, but those who spring for the single-club annual membership ($750) can save hundreds of dollars, as they’re welcome to the indulgence as many times as they like all year round. Members also get 10 percent off the salon’s other treatments and receive two full-service gift certificates to give to others.
