Charlie Sheen sues porn star Capri Anderson for extortion

“Two and a Half Men” star Charlie Sheen filed a lawsuit against Capri Anderson Monday, claiming the porn star tried to extort $1 million from him, TMZ reported.

The suit, filed in LA County Superior Court, stated that Capri allegedly threatened “to embarrass him and attempt to damage his career by going to the media with her false tale” if she did not receive at least “one million dollars.”

The suit said that Sheen did not “assault, batter or threaten [Anderson]” and she was not held against her will.

It also claimed that the porn star stole a $165,000 Patek Philippe watch from Sheen.

Anderson, who was in the actor’s New York hotel room when he was arrested last month, said the actor was violent and abusive.

In her first two interviews since the incident Anderson spoke to ABC’s “Good Morning America” and “Nightline” about the night Sheen was found naked and intoxicated in the trashed Plaza Hotel suite and taken to the hospital.

Anderson explained how she was hired to escort Sheen to dinner — but the encounter escalated to violence at the hotel.

Sheen allegedly flipped out, accusing Anderson of stealing his wallet before she locked herself in the hotel bathroom fearing for her life, according to various media reports.

“He was, from the beginning of the night, very loud and he had no hesitations when it came to using derogatory language or cuss words,” she said in the interview to air Monday on “Nightline.”

“Towards the latter half of the night, it got really bad. He started yelling racial slurs.

“But it wasn’t until he put his hands around my neck that I really thought to myself, you have gotten yourself in a bad, bad situation.”

Anderson said there was no excuse for the assault and has filed a lawsuit against Sheen.

“I’m not going to stand down and be completely walked over, mistreated. My whole life has been changed.” she said.

Sheen’s lawyer Yale Galanter released a statement denying Anderson’s claims.

“Ms. Capri never made any allegation of wrongful conduct on the part of Mr. Sheen the night of the incident,” Galanter said.
