Maid sentenced to prison, faces deportation after swiping rings from retired Louis Vuitton-executive boss

A sticky-fingered maid who swiped seven pricey rings from her retired Louis Vuitton-executive boss was sentenced to up to three years in prison today as part of a plea deal.

After Chadmila Lopez serves her time, she’ll be shipped back to her native Guinea Bissau.

“My understanding is that immigration has already been contacted and she’ll be deported,” said Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Bonnie Wittner.

The flashy gems included two Cartier diamond rings, a Cartier sapphire ring and an Enamel diamond gypsy ring purloined from a jewelry drawer in Bettye Musham’s posh Upper East Side pad last October.

The precious trinkets were never recovered and Lopez also stole from one of Musham’s house guests.

Lopez showed no contrition at her sentencing and opted not to apologize to her boss.

Prosecutors read a statement form Musham, 80, who called Lopez’s actions “outrageous.”

“You betrayed me. You betrayed your family. You betrayed yourself. Why?” she asked.

Musham helped Lopez get into Marymount Manhattan College but she flunked out. She then helped the ungrateful thief become an administrative assistant at a company willing to sponsor her for a green card, Musham said in a statement.
