Wayne Newton’s lavish Las Vegas ranch up for grabs

The former estate of Mr. Las Vegas is on sale — for just $70 million.

Entertainer Wayne Newton’s elaborate ranch, called Casa de Shenandoah, was listed online last week and includes a jumbo jet terminal, gold and white gates and a massive car garage called the “Car Museum.”

The singer lived in the Vegas home at 6629 S. Pecos Road with his wife Kathleen for 45 years.

According to the listing, the property has three bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a 3,747-square-foot main house and seven additional homes.

With five acres of the vast 36-acre property developed, the current owners invested $15 to $20 million in renovations like new stair railing, wallpaper and flooring.

The ranch, at one point filled with several Arabian horses, also houses 53 stables, an equestrian pool and acres of corrals.

However, the buyer has room for more pets in the zoo located on the property.

Sorry, animals not included.
