A pint-sized bandit scored $7,600 when he knocked over five banks in Midtown Manhattan – all without even using a gun, cops said Friday.
The gutsy five-foot-four criminal most recently demanded cash from a teller at a HSBC on 7th Avenue near 39th Street on Thursday and made off with $960, cops said.
The suspect is a bald black man who weighs about 160 pounds, cops said.
The chunky crook allegedly robbed the same HSBC on Sept. 3 and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The bald brigand took a week off before handing a note to a teller at a Capital One Bank on Seventh Avenue and fleeing with $775, cops said. He then robbed two banks on September 10 starting with a small $80 score at a Chase Bank on 57th Street at 10:34 a.m.
Just 21 minutes later the robber walked up to a woman waiting in line to pay her credit card bill inside an American Express business center on Park Avenue and took $5,800 in cash from her hand before running off, cops said.
