Astor son: I’m a sick jailbird

The octogenarian aristocrat who swindled his philanthropist mother, Brooke Astor, out of $185 million claims he is too sick to serve out his prison term — but Manhattan prosecutors aren’t buying it.

Anthony Marshall, 89, hasn’t provided medical documentation and was even partying at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum right before he was sent away, prosecutors maintain in a letter to authorities who will decide whether he gets out of an upstate prison early.

The Parkinson’s-afflicted fraudster, who has served fewer than two months of his one- to 3-year sentence, will ask a parole board today to release him on medical grounds.
