New video from the domestic dispute between George Zimmerman and his wife has been released.
The video was recorded by a police dash cam.
It shows the moment officers pulled up to Zimmerman’s house and detained him.
Police say they are now looking at Shellie Zimmerman’s broken iPad to help them determine if charges should be filed.
The iPad may have captured video of the fight but, because it was smashed, it needs to be examined in a crime lab.
“You’ve got George Zimmerman saying that he was struck with the iPad. And then you have Shellie saying that there was some physical contact with George,” Lake Mary Police Dept. spokesman Zach Hudson said. “The iPad is important because we want to see what’s on that iPad. The iPad would have been running while this was going on.”
Zimmerman’s former attorney, Mark O’Mara, says he is not going to represent Zimmerman in this case.
