Charlie Sheen may have spent Christrmas Day behind bars at the alleged hand of his wife, but that doesn’t mean he wants to divorce her.

“I have spoken to all parties concerned. There are no plans for divorce,” the actor’s manager and close friend Mark Burg tells RadarOnline.com.

“They are both deeply upset about what happened and are trying to work things out amicably.

“They both want to get away from all the sensationalism surrounding what happened and quietly resolve things,” Burg tells the entertainment Web site.

RadarOnline.com reported earlier that Mueller issued a restraining order against the Hollywood bad boy preventing the actor from contacting his wife except through his attorney until the case is resolved.

The case is the alleged domestic dispute between Sheen and Mueller that occured Christmas Day and stemmed from the pair’s quiet trial separation, reports RadarOnline.com.

The “Two and a Half Men” star was slapped with felony assault and menacing charges in Aspen, Colo., after an 8:34 a.m. call for help brought police to a rented home in the tony ski town where Sheen was planning to spend the holidays, police told The Post.

But he was freed on bail after Mueller recanted her story, admitting she was drunk when she made her call for help, TMZ said.

Cops gave both of them blood alcohol tests and she registered .13 to his .04, according to the Web site.

Sheen allegedly got angry and pushed and choked Mueller, who had been in Aspen for three months while the couple was going through serious marital woes, Radar Online reported.

Sheen’s spokesman, Stan Rosenfield, wouldn’t discuss details of the charges, saying only: “Do not be misled by appearances, appearance and reality can be as different as night and day.”

Sheen, 44, was released last night on $8,500 bond after speaking with a judge who set conditions of release.

The fight broke out soon after Sheen arrived in Aspen to spend Christmas with Mueller, Radar said, adding she called cops after he pushed her.

No one requested medical treatment.

The couple married in May 2008, and have twin sons born this past March.

Sheen went through a bitter divorce in 2006 from actress Denise Richards, who accused him of a laundry list of misdeeds, including assaulting her.
