Al Roker, “Today Show”

“I liked the way they started the show in the middle of something that already happened and then backtracked. People who are dead and gone all of the sudden pop up again. I find it fascinating.

Final season? “I would love to see Mr. Eko come back, and what’s the deal with the black smoke? And what was the point of the time-space continuum?

Regis Philbin,
“Live with Regis & Kelly”

“One time I distinctly saw the shadow of a dinosaur lurking in the background at a time where people [on ‘Lost’] were being killed off by an unknown monster or disease. It was my theory there was a dinosaur on this deserted island helping himself to these people.

Final season? “I’m standing by my dinosaur theory. Maybe I’m crazy, but the whole thing makes sense to me.”

Jake Tapper, ABC News

“I think the characters are very compelling, and certainly every man identifies with [series hero] Jack Shephard — even if we’re all deluding ourselves. Final season? “Why is there a smoke monster? Who are those Adam and Eve bones? Is Benjamin Linus irredeemably evil? I hope there’s some resolution as to who the good guys and bad guys are.”

Vanna White, “Wheel of Fortune”

“My kids and I watch ‘Lost’ every week together. What we love most about the show is that … its outcome is always opposite of what you might think.

Final season? “I really don’t know what to expect this season, but I like it that way!”

Zachary Levi, “Chuck”

“I had the luxury of seeing the pilot when I was at ABC [on ‘Less Than Perfect’] and it was better than most movies I’d seen — and teed up a great TV show with lots of questions and not many answers. It’s like a great whodunit with plenty of people who did or didn’t do it — and all the supernatural aspects on the island. Final season? “What the hell does all of this mean, what is the island and what are the powers? I want all the answers and I want to know everything about everything. There are so many ways they can go with it.”
