Daytime gab queen Oprah Winfrey is planning the mother of all parties in Manhattan — one that could turn the West Side Highway into the city’s biggest dance floor.
In honor of the 10th anniversary of her popular O, The Oprah Magazine next May, the empathizing empress wants to shut down portions of the highway for a blow-out block party for all her fans, according to an online report.
That confab will be in addition to a superstar-studded musical revue and anniversary celebration at Radio City Music Hall, the E! Online report said.
A City Hall official confirmed to The Post that Winfrey’s staff has already begun making permit inquiries for the celebration that’s still eight months away.
“While it is too soon to discuss specifics, we are looking forward to celebrating in a big way,” an O rep told The Post.
