ARREST IN SLAY OF BOUNCER

Cops say they’ve busted the man who gunned down a bouncer for a popular East Village nightclub, who was slain trying to break up a fight.

Louis Rodriguez, 29, was nabbed after witnesses identified him to cops.

Rodriguez, who did five years in prison for assault, opened fire after getting into an argument with patrons outside Forbidden City on Avenue A at around 4:30 a.m. Sunday, cops said.

The victim, Eric Pagan, 41, a father of two, was not working that night, but had gone to the club to pick up items he had left there.

Rodriguez, who lives in East Harlem, also shot two others in the hand and neck, cops said.

They were taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.

Rodriguez, who was picked up Sunday at around 8 p.m., was charged with murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
