Teen shot in the eye with a BB

The great-granddaughter of Benjamin Ward, the city’s first black police commissioner, was shot and partially blinded by a BB while standing outside a “haunted house” for Brooklyn kids and their families, authorities said yesterday.

Cyanna Watts, 14, was recovering last night from surgery on her right eye’s shattered lens in the wake of the 7:23 p.m. Saturday attack at Marcus Garvey Boulevard and Macon Street.

The teen was with her mom and hundreds of other kids and families going through an annual “haunted house” when a black Dodge vehicle rolled by and spewed shots from paintball and BB guns at the crowd.

“I thought it was firecrackers. But then . . . I saw people ducking behind vehicles,” said Kelly Watts, Cyanna’s mother. “My daughter was ducking behind one, too. She yelled to me, ‘My eye! My eye! I got hit.’ ”
