Nets owner says ‘time will tell’ on ‘Melo

LOS ANGELES — As Mikhail Prokhorov entered Staples Center for the All-Star Game, the Nets owner acted as if he’s not out of the Carmelo Anthony chase yet.

“I have a great feeling all the time, every minute of my life,” Prokhorov told The Post as he emerged from a black limo. “I have an express feeling only towards women, but this is a business deal. You have no feeling. Whatever it is, time will tell.”

Asked about his meeting with Anthony on Saturday night, the Russian owner said, “I had a very good meeting, trying to be friendly and relaxed.”

The Knicks are considered the favorites to land Anthony because of his preference to play with Amar’e Stoudemire in New York.

“It’s not a lottery,” Prokhorov said of his chances. “I don’t know.”
