Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is opening the double-wide doors at his $7 million Palo Alto, Calif., home for New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.

The Web wunderkind will host a fund-raiser reception on Feb. 13 for the governor’s re-election campaign at $3,800 a head.

“Mark and [wife] Priscilla offered to be helpful, and Governor Christie is grateful for their support,” Christie’s spokesman, Mike DuHaime, told The Post.

According to a Facebook spokeswoman, Zuckerberg, whose political affiliation is undeclared, supports the Republican governor because of their shared interest and efforts toward education reform.

Christie and Zuckerberg met in 2010 on the set of “The Oprah Winfrey Show” alongside Newark Mayor Cory Booker when Zuckerberg donated $100 million to the Newark public-school system.

“Mark and Priscilla have worked closely with Governor Christie on education reform in the Newark school system,” Facebook spokeswoman Sarah Feinberg said in a statement.

“They admire his leadership on education reform and other issues, and look forward to continuing their important work together on behalf of Newark’s schoolchildren.”

BuzzFeed first reported on the campaign fund-raiser event.

Facebook’s Political Action Committee has donated almost evenly to Democratic and Republican candidates, according to the Federal Election Commission.

Christie’s approval rating has skyrocketed to 74 percent since Hurricane Sandy ravaged the Garden State, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released this week.

With Christie’s eye reportedly on the White House in 2016, DuHaime said his boss will be feted at other fund-raisers around the nation this year, including in California, New York and Florida.
