Warriors may face bans for brawl

INDIANAPOLIS — Pacers center Roy Hibbert was ejected and four other players received technical fouls after a skirmish between the Pacers and Warriors spilled into the seats behind the baseline in Indiana’s 108-97 win last night.

David Lee, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson also were called for technicals, along with Indiana forward David West.

If the NBA decides to dole out suspensions, and if those suspensions are handed down today, any Warriors who receive a ban might miss tonight’s Garden clash with the Knicks.

It began when Lee and Hibbert exchanged shoves under the basket after a missed shot with 6:10 remaining in the fourth quarter. Curry tried to push Hibbert away and was shoved to the court as the fight went from the key to the foul line. Moments later, it spilled into the seats next to the court.

“Seriously, I didn’t even feel him,” Hibbert said of Curry. “I don’t know if it was Klay Thompson or Steph Curry, I just knew there was a light-skinned guy by me.”

Even if Lee isn’t suspended, the former Knick said he is questionable for tonight’s game because of a bruised left shoulder.
