TALK OF THE TOWNHOUSE: Kelly Bensimon takes a peek at $12.5 million, 30-foot-wide downtown residence at 484 Greenwich St.

Kelly Bensimon is off the “Real Housewives” series, but she’s still a stylish mom with kids, searching for new digs.

She was recently spotted checking out a gorgeous $12.5 million townhouse at 484 Greenwich St., listed by Douglas Elliman’s Steven Gold. The roomy, 30-foot-wide home comes with a woodburning fireplace and its own private carport. The six-story building in the Hudson Square area on the edge of SoHo includes three bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, two terraces and a landscaped roof deck.

Architect Peter Himmelstein restored the original brick façade but added a two-story metal-and-glass extension with casement windows. He also created the roof deck, which has a steel pergola and an outdoor shower.

Bensimon recently sold her East Hampton home on Further Lane for $5.75 million — less than half its original $12 million asking price.

Ritzy digs

Real estate mogul Burt Resnick, head of Jack Resnick & Sons, which was started by his father in 1928, has put his classic 2,400-square-foot pied-à-terre in the Ritz Tower at 465 Park Ave. on the market for $4.9 million.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom, 18th-floor co-op, listed by Betsy Green of Douglas Elliman, is a combination of two apartments and comes with a marble gallery, dining room and library.

Fellow real estate honcho Charles Cohen also owns in the building.

Resnick, whose primary residence is in Rye, and his wife, Judith, will soon be settling into a unit at 733 Park Ave. as their NYC home. Resnick bought that co-op for $8.8 million in 2011 through Green and has been renovating the home.

Dish on Tisch

Angel investor David Tisch, the grandson of the late philanthropist and self-made billionaire Laurence Tisch (who co-founded and ran the Loews empire with his brother Robert), was spotted house hunting in Greenwich Village, where he checked out an $18.4 million townhouse at 36 W. 10th St. That’s on the Gold Coast of West 10th Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues.

The six-story townhouse has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms and is around 8,500 square feet. Built in 1856, the stunning home retains many original details, including its wide staircase and banister, plus the claw-foot mantel on the parlor floor. There’s also a private garden. The listing broker is Eileen Robert of the Corcoran Group, who declined to comment.

Tisch is the managing member of Box Group, which provides seed money to start-ups, and he is also the co-founder of TechStars NYC.

‘Artists’ residence

Hollywood heavyweight Kevin Huvane, a managing partner at Creative Artists Agency who was once just “a kid from The Bronx,” as he likes to say, is in contract to purchase a stunning three-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom condo at 455 W. 20th St.

Sources say he is paying $6.5 million for the 2,572-square-foot apartment with 17-foot-plus vaulted ceilings.

The residence, with north, south and eastern exposures and finishes designed by Alan Wanzenberg, includes a chef’s kitchen and woodburning fireplaces in both the living room and the south-facing master suite.

The condo conversion, on the former grounds of the General Theological Seminary, consists of two buildings that share amenities and are connected by a glass atrium-style lobby.

Capital gains

Christopher Tsai, president of investment firm Tsai Capital, is renting a 20-foot-wide, four-story, red-brick townhouse on East 84th Street. The building, which was built in 1862 and includes a terrace and a garden, was listed for $19,500 a month.

The four-story house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It includes a living room with antique French wood-carved ceilings, all on a “quiet tree-lined block,” according to the listing. Tsai is renting the residence with fashion designer Andre Stockamp. The couple are known as prominent art collectors.

The townhouse was once home to Coleman Jacoby, an Emmy-winning comedy writer who introduced Jackie Gleason to Art Carney. The listing broker is Tristan Harper of Douglas Elliman.

Tsai is the son of the late Gerald Tsai, a high-profile money manager for Fidelity Investments.
