It’s hard to recognize Emilia Clarke without the blinding-white hair she sports in the smash hit “Game of Thrones.”

“It takes a die-hard fan to actually spot me,” Clarke tells GQ magazine as the debut of the new season — March 30 — edges closer.

She’s grown attached — emotionally, that is — to the long white wig that has become the most recognizable part of her character.

“It’s silly to say, but when I take the wig off at the end of the day, I’m rather disappointed when I look in the mirror,” she says.

Clarke, of course, plays the shy, exiled queen, Daenerys Targaryen, on “Game of Thrones.”

But this pose seems to have more to do with what her next job is rumored to be, naive little Anastasia in the movie version of the erotic thriller “50 Shade of Grey.”

Nothing has been signed yet, according to reports.

But the Hollywood game of casting the guaranteed blockbuster has 25-year-old Clarke at or near the top of every list.

If she gets the job, filming will have to wait until after she opens next month in the Broadway version of “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” as Holly Golightly.

The British actress can also count of getting a good seat at next month’s Oscars, even without a nomination.

Seems her boyfriend is Oscar host Seth MacFarlane, the creator of “Family Guy.
