The body of a man — his hands and feet bound, a bullet in his head — was found in his charred Queens apartment yesterday after an early-morning fire, police said.
The man, said to be 43 and Asian, was found in his bed on the second floor of the 95th Avenue building in South Richmond Hill at about 2:30 a.m., cops said.
