Bid on Elvis’ killer poem

Hey, Elvis, don’t be cruel!

A collection of the King’s handwritten notes — including a poem in which he describes smashing a bird — is going up for auction.

In the poem, Elvis writes of a robin perched on his sill.

“He sang his sweet song so sweetly and paused for a moments lull/I gently raised the window and crushed his f–king skull,” it reads.

Presley’s copy of the book “The Prophet,” by Kahlil Gibran, will also be on the block at the March 9 sale by Omega Auctions in Stockport, England.
