Dance big loses foot in ‘hit-run’

A trustee of Chelsea’s Joyce Theater of dance lost his foot in a grisly hit-run that launched him through a store window across from the Queens courthouse yesterday, police said.

Theodore Bartwink, 84, of Kew Gardens was in critical but stable condition at Jamaica Hospital yesterday.

“He was saying, ‘Help me, help me!’ ” said good Samaritan John Attanasio, who ran to his aid and called cops. He said the driver was reversing fast into a parking spot when he hit Bartwink, jumped the curb, and sped off.

Cops stopped William Gallagher, 64, of Queens nearby and charged him with leaving the scene of an accident with injury.
