The adventures of ‘Cine’bad

Director Steven Spielberg is setting off on his very own real-life adventure.

Spielberg, who suffers from seasickness, will embark on a 30,000-mile trip around the world this May on his $200 million super-yacht, Seven Seas.

He won’t have to worry about a close encounter with nausea — the 282-foot-long boat boasts a computer-controlled anti-seasickness system under the hull. Other creature comforts include a 3D movie theater, a spa, a helipad and two “spare” motorboats.

Chartering the boat costs $1.3 million a week, according to The Sunday Times of London. Along for the ride will be his wife, Kate Capshaw, and some of his seven kids.

The voyage will take Spielberg and crew by locations of the auteur’s most iconic films: Africa and Sri Lanka, where he filmed his “Indiana Jones” flicks; Shanghai, where he shot “Empire of the Sun”; and Hawaii, where “Jurassic Park” came to life.

His staff has described the adventure as “Verneing” — after Jules Verne, who wrote “Around the World in Eighty Days.”

“We are not expecting to see him during the summer,” said an aide at his production company, Amblin Entertainment. “Maybe just a note saying ‘gone fishing’ on the door of his bungalow on the Universal Pictures lot.”
