There have been no cases of the potentially deadly hepatitis A virus since a pastry worker at a West Village eatery came down with the liver disease and put 450 diners at risk, the city Health Department said yesterday. The patrons ate at the Alta Restaurant on West 10th Street between March 23 and April 2.
