Little Nate can’t come up big again for Bulls

There would be no late-game heroics for Nate the Great on this night.

Just two days after he seemingly willed his team back from a huge deficit late in regulation, Nate Robinson once again was the main offensive force for Chicago, only this time he would fall short in the Bulls’ 110-91 loss to the Nets at Barclays Center.

“They played a complete game,” Robinson said. “They played tough, they outhustled us and won on the 50-50 balls. We have to get better with the little things.”

Robinson, starting his 24th game of the season and first of his playoff career, finished with a team-high 20 points and eight assists, but managed to win over a hostile Brooklyn crowd with his reckless abandon when crashing the hoop.
